What are the event dates and hours?
- Saturday, August 29 | 10 am - 4 pm

Is there an entry fee for shoppers?
- The event is FREE and open to the public

Where can I park, and is it free?
- There's ample parking in the hotel lot—it's large, fits plenty of attendees, and best of all, it's free!

Can I bring kids or pets to the expo?
- The event is open to all ages! However, pets aren't allowed, except for service animals.

What types of payment do vendors accept?
- Vendors typically accept a variety of payment methods—many will take cash, cards, and digital payments, though cash is often easiest. Each vendor may differ, so it’s good to be prepared with multiple options!

Are there any special events or workshops?
- At this time, we don’t have scheduled events or workshops. However, some vendors may offer activities, and we might add special programming closer to the date—so stay tuned!

Will there be food and beverage vendors on-site?
- While we don’t have food vendors inside the expo, the hotel offers options on-site—like a Starbucks—and there are restaurants within walking distance for your convenience.

Are there any discounts or early bird specials?
- Discounts and early bird specials may vary by vendor. Each vendor may offer their own deals, so keep an eye out for special offers at their booths!

How do I apply to become a vendor?

What’s included with my booth (tables, chairs, power)?
- 10' x 10' space is included for every vendor.
- Tables, chairs, and power are not included by default but are available as add-ons if you need them!

What are the load-in and load-out times?
- Load-in is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and load-out will be from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Can I choose my booth location, or will it be assigned to me?
- Vendor spaces will be announced and assigned closer to the event date.

Is Wi-Fi or internet access available for vendors?
- Yes, the hotel provides Wi-Fi access for vendors, so you'll be connected!
